As Director of
Processing Operations, she oversees
the processing of mail and e-commerce transactions, customer call center,
and motor vehicle dealer transactions. She also oversees the collection of ad
valorem taxes and the annual tax certificate sale.
Charlotte was appointed
to Director of Processing Operations in 1999 and has been an employee of
the Tax Collector office since September 1989. She is a native of Jesup,
Georgia and a graduate of Bethune-Cookman College in Daytona Beach,
Florida.
