The Director of Community Relations oversees the
development and implementation of the Tax
Collector’s community programs which foster and
improve education and community relations throughout Hillsborough County.
The director administers public awareness initiatives
which include web management, marketing strategy
development, and public service announcements.
Nancy Millan was
appointed as the
Director of Community Relations in July 2001 and has been with the office
since 1989.
