Folio or Account Number

 

This area identifies the specific property by folio number, property identification number (PIN) and account number.

 Assessed & Just Values

 

This area of the notice displays the Assessed and Just (Market) Values of the property.

 Taxes Due

 

The Combined Taxes and assessments represent the total of ad valorem taxes and non-ad valorem assessments due.

 

Credits:  The taxes paid via the installment or partial payment plan are displayed in this area.

 

Balance Due:  Remaining taxes due after any credits have been applied.

 

 Tax Authorities

 

This area lists the various Taxing Authorities and their contact information.  The Taxing Authorities are responsible for setting the millage rates.

 Taxable Value & Tax Amount

 

This area of your tax notice lists the taxable value and tax amount.

 

The Tax Amount is the taxable value multiplied by the millage rate set by each Taxing Authority.

This area of your tax notice lists the approved millage rates set by the various Taxing Authorities.
