In order to provide you with a convenient and efficient payment solution for your current property taxes, we partnered with Grant Street Group to utilize EscrowExpress® for the upcoming real estate and tangible personal property tax collection cycle.
EscrowExpress® streamlines the bulk-payment process while eliminating additional costs associated with the issuance of paper checks, and other expenses such as postage and express-mail delivery services. There is a nominal processing fee of $0.50 per account paid by you on the EscrowExpress® site for Hillsborough County parcels. Additionally, collection and remittance of this fee is handled directly between you and Grant Street Group and is not remitted to the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s office. In the event of an error, the $0.50 processing fee per account is non-refundable.
To participate in the multiple bill payment remittance process for property taxes contact the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s Quality Assurance Department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information in your email:

Mortgage Company/Escrow Payments
To provide the taxpayers of Hillsborough County with a more convenient and efficient tax payment solution, the Tax Collector’s office offers a new payment process, Escrow Express. With this new payment process, escrow or mortgage companies and tax paying agents will be able to simply go online to download their account files and the entire tax roll and then upload their request files and payment files.
In an effort to provide you and our mutual customers with a convenient and efficient property tax payment solution, the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s office have partnered with Grant Street Group to utilize Escrow Express® for the upcoming real estate and tangible personal property tax collection cycle. You will be able to download the tax roll, submit request files and submit payment files via the web. If you are responsible for remitting property tax payments for 10 or more accounts to the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s office, it is required that you do so using Escrow Express®. The only exceptions to this policy are for parcels that are in a bankruptcy or tax deed foreclosure status.
We anticipate that use of this web-based property tax payment solution will benefit our collective property tax payment processes and customers by expediting the return of overpayments to you for your escrowed mortgage accounts as well as reducing the number of erroneous payments remitted.
