All HCTC offices will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
The Downtown office will remain closed at this time. All other offices are open by appointment only. Click here for all office updates.
The Plant City office will CLOSE on December 3rd and will re-open in a new location at the end of December.
In accordance with city and county ordinances, customers are required to wear masks (face coverings) when doing business with our office.

Changes or Update Information
Change of Mailing Address
A change in mailing address can be made at any time during the tax receipt year at no cost. Please submit the change via BTExpress or in person.
Changes during Renewal Season
All changes can be made during the renewal season without additional fees, except when adding services/employees, machines, etc. as those additions may result in an increase/decrease in tax amount due.
Please indicate on the renewal any changes to be made, sign the renewal and submit with the renewal payment. Those changes will be made, and your revised paid business tax receipt will be mailed accordingly.
If you are needing to update services/employees, machines, etc., you may contact our office for new amounts due prior to submitting your renewal payment.
Lost or Destroyed Business Tax Receipt
A duplicate business tax receipt may be printed online at any time, click here to look up your business tax account. You may also contact our office by email using [email protected], by phone or in person to have one sent to you.
